Systems Implementation Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Implementation Engineer to lead the deployment, integration, and operationalization of atna.ai solutions for enterprise clients.

As a Systems Implementation Engineer, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end implementations of atna.ai solutions across client environments. You will work closely with customer IT teams, architects, project managers, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless deployment, integration, testing, and go-live of mission-critical systems.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role requiring strong implementation expertise, technical leadership, and experience within BFSI technology environments.

Lead end-to-end implementations including requirements gathering, solution design, environment provisioning, installation, configuration, testing, cutover, and go-live

Deploy solutions across cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments

Integrate atna.ai solutions with Core Banking Systems, Payment Platforms, Trading Systems, Insurance Platforms, CRM and ERP Systems

Implement integrations using APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures

Implement and validate financial messaging standards including ISO 20022, SWIFT, FIX Protocol, and Proprietary Financial APIs

Support batch processing and real-time transaction workflows

Design scalable deployment architectures and implementation blueprints

Create deployment diagrams, runbooks, and infrastructure recommendations

Recommend cloud versus on-premise deployment strategies

Develop Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform and CloudFormation

Build CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation

Develop operational scripts using Python, Bash, or PowerShell

Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes

Support deployments across AWS, Azure, GCP, and customer-managed infrastructure

Validate data ingestion, ETL/ELT workflows, reconciliation processes, and transformation logic

Ensure data quality, accuracy, and performance requirements are met

Troubleshoot implementation and production issues

Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions

Define monitoring and alerting frameworks to support SLAs

Implement best practices for Encryption, Certificate Management, PKI, and Secure Integrations

Support compliance with RBI, PCI-DSS, SOC, GDPR, and related standards

Conduct customer training and knowledge transfer sessions

Produce implementation documentation and operational handover materials

Participate in technical assessments and discovery workshops

Provide implementation estimates, architecture recommendations, and risk assessments

Minimum 5 years of experience in Systems Implementation, Integration Engineering, Solution Engineering, or related roles

Prior BFSI or FinTech implementation experience preferred

Strong experience with ISO 20022, SWIFT, FIX Protocol, Payment Gateways, Core Banking Platforms, and Transaction Processing Systems

Experience with REST APIs, Kafka, RabbitMQ, MuleSoft, IBM MQ, and Enterprise Integration Patterns

Hands-on experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD Toolchains

Knowledge of Linux Administration, Windows Server, Networking Fundamentals, TLS/SSL, Certificates, and PKI

Proficiency in Python, Bash, and PowerShell

Experience with PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, NoSQL Databases, and ETL/Data Pipeline Technologies

Strong customer-facing communication skills

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field

Experience with PCI-DSS, RBI regulations, SOC audits, and ISO standards

Familiarity with Fraud Detection Platforms, AML Systems, and Financial Risk Platforms

Experience deploying AI/ML-enabled systems in production

Exposure to MLOps frameworks

AWS, Azure, GCP, CISSP, PCI, or ITIL Certifications

Successful on-time, on-scope client implementations

High client satisfaction and go-live quality scores
