We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager – AI Product Delivery (BFSI) to lead the successful delivery of AI-powered products and enterprise implementations for Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) clients.
The Technical Project Manager – AI Product Delivery (BFSI) is a senior delivery leader responsible for driving the end-to-end execution of AI-driven products, client implementations, and product enhancements. This role combines deep BFSI domain expertise with strong technical project management capabilities and a practical understanding of AI/ML systems.
The ideal candidate will work closely with product, engineering, data science, compliance, and client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of AI solutions that meet business, regulatory, and operational objectives.
Lead delivery of AI/ML solutions for BFSI use cases including Fraud Detection, Credit Risk Scoring, Underwriting Automation, AML/KYC Intelligence, and Customer Analytics
Ensure successful deployment, adoption, and operationalization of AI products
Ensure all solutions align with BFSI regulatory requirements, compliance mandates, and data governance standards
Drive industry best practices across product delivery and implementation
Serve as the primary delivery lead for enterprise BFSI clients
Manage stakeholder expectations across business, IT, operations, risk, and compliance functions
Drive client satisfaction and long-term solution adoption
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prioritize enhancements
Execute AI product roadmaps focused on BFSI-specific capabilities and compliance requirements
Translate client feedback into actionable product improvements
Convert business requirements into technical deliverables and execution plans
Coordinate activities across engineering, QA, data science, and MLOps teams
Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within scope
Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
Monitor delivery progress and remove execution bottlenecks
Identify and mitigate project risks related to Data Privacy, Regulatory Compliance, AI Model Bias, Explainability, and Audit Readiness
Oversee AI model performance, fairness, explainability, and compliance requirements
Support governance and audit processes for AI-powered solutions
Communicate project status, risks, decisions, and outcomes to leadership and client stakeholders
Present strategic recommendations and delivery updates
Travel up to 25% for Client Workshops, Discovery Sessions, Solution Deployments, Executive Reviews, and Relationship Management
10+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Product Delivery, or Engineering Leadership
Minimum 5+ years of experience within BFSI environments
Strong understanding of Banking Operations, Lending & Credit Workflows, Payments Ecosystems, Fraud Management, AML/KYC Processes, and Risk & Compliance Frameworks
Familiarity with Machine Learning Lifecycle, Data Pipelines, AI Product Development, Model Monitoring & Governance, and Cloud-Based AI Platforms
Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale AI, analytics, or data-driven solutions
Experience managing complex BFSI client engagements
Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities
Ability to communicate technical and business concepts effectively
Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Agile Delivery Tools
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or related field
Experience delivering Fraud Analytics Solutions, Credit Scoring Platforms, AML/KYC Automation Systems, Claims Intelligence Platforms, or Risk Analytics Solutions
Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD for Machine Learning, Azure, AWS, or GCP
PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or AI/ML Certifications
Experience working with global BFSI clients and distributed teams
On-time delivery of AI products and client implementations
Improved BFSI outcomes such as fraud reduction, operational efficiency, and risk management
High client satisfaction and product adoption rates
